Returns & Exchanges
Internet Purchases: If you aren’t thrilled with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the invoice date with your original receipt. We will either refund your purchase price or exchange it for other merchandise, as you prefer.
- Only the value of the merchandise will be refunded or exchanged. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- All returns must be in original unused and undamaged condition and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping charges are at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We cannot accept responsibility for merchandise lost or damaged in transit.

- We will notify you upon receipt. Please send all merchandise prepaid. We cannot accept COD shipments.
- Returns are refunded in the original payment form, less shipping and handling.
- All sale items are final sale and not returnable and will be identified as such in the description.

Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event of receiving damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us within three days of receipt at email@example.com or (717) 359-5460 so we can expedite your replacement order.
We regret that we are not able to cancel orders for in-stock merchandise once it has been shipped. If we are unable to cancel your order, you can always return your order to us for a full refund of the merchandise value. Standard Delivery and Processing
Most purchases are shipped via ground parcel service to arrive within seven to ten business days from receipt of the order. Delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii may be longer. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. At certain times, items ordered together may arrive in multiple packages. Merchandise will ship via UPS, USPS or Fed-Ex at the discretion of Myers Floors & Interiors.
We currently ship to the continental U.S. We do not ship to U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders must ship to a physical address.
Should an item be out of stock, we will notify you immediately.

Shipping charges are determined based on the total amount of your order and are listed below. These rates apply to orders shipped via ground shipping within the U.S.

All prices online are in US dollars and are subject to sales tax for residents of Pennsylvania. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and cancel any affected orders. If a credit card charge had been processed, a refund would be issued immediately in the original form of payment.
