About Us - Myers Floors & Interiors

For over half a century, Myers Floors & Interiors has been making rooms beautiful throughout southcentral Pennsylvania and northern Maryland.

A family-owned business now transitioning into our third generation, we provide interior design and contracting services for projects ranging from a single room of flooring to kitchens and bathrooms to furniture and finish selection.

Although styles and materials have changed since we began in 1967, our dedication to sound design and craftsmanship has not wavered.

We believe our work is part art, part science. Our clients can be certain their projects will be not only aesthetically pleasing but technically correct, following or exceeding industry accepted standards.

Myers Floors and Interiors is a state-licensed contractor in Pennsylvania and Maryland. We employ CTEF-Certified tile installers and are an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm. Our employee installers and designers are always growing and learning with regular in-house training and industry-sponsored seminars.

Our Team

Courtney Brown

With over 10 years working behind the scenes in the residential construction world, Courtney expertly shepherds our projects from inception to installation. A master of organization and efficiency, she handles estimating, product sourcing, ordering, and scheduling. She cheerfully keeps the thousands of samples in our showroom in order and loves the world of design almost as much as being a mom to her two boys.

Caitlin Tipton, Allied ASID

Caitlin handles managing the showroom along with all aspects of project design from creating custom tile patterns to coordinating fabrics and flooring to furniture selection and placement. A graduate of the Art Institute of York with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design, Caitlin has extensive knowledge of residential and commercial design and is an Allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers.

When she’s not designing beautiful interiors, Caitlin teaches jazz, ballet, and tap dance at the Studio in Enola. A student of dance for over 16 years, she began assistant teaching at age 14, and this will be her 8th year as an instructor.

Russ Livesay

Russ is a graduate of Littlestown High School where he was a standout baseball player. Russ has been a part of a variety of projects, ranging from custom showers in high end homes to commercial flooring work. He recently attended a Wedi certification class to further enhance his skills in waterproofing custom showers. When he’s not busy at work, Russ spends time with his family, cheers on his favorite sports teams, and goes fishing whenever he has the chance.

Ed Tipton

With Myers Floors & Interiors since 1997, Ed is a seasoned installer proficient in every type of flooring and tile the company offers. He brings a combination of meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail to every project, making sure the result is both technically correct and aesthetically pleasing.

In 2009, Ed passed the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation’s comprehensive written and practical exam to become a Certified Tile Installer. He also completed Crossville’s Laminam training for installation of large-format porcelain panels and holds a Residential Carpet Certification from the International Certified Flooring Installers Association.

In addition to working on his own projects, Ed shares his wealth of installation knowledge by helping to train and manage the company’s new installers. Along with Mike, Ed handles jobsite appointments and measurements.

Off the job, Ed spends time with his son, Skylyr, and goes disc golfing whenever he has a chance.

Kobe Towner

The most recent addition to the Myers team, Kobe graduated from Littlestown Area Senior High School and excelled in sports, especially basketball. His willingness to learn has made him a quick study on jobsites, helping with all types of flooring and tile projects. Along with several co-workers, Kobe recently attended a Wedi certification class to further enhance his skills in shower construction. Outside work, Kobe still enjoys a good game of basketball and spending time with his family.

Courtney Brown

Dan Curry

Dan is a seasoned carpet installer with over 25 years of experience. He completed the Certified Flooring Installer (CFI) hands-on training class in Dalton, Ga., and earned his CFI Residential and Commercial I Certification, passing with the highest score in his class. He also holds CFI certifications for tile and vinyl.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending tile with his family and is a motorcycle enthusiast. He is also an accomplished chef and was a radio DJ.

Matt Kagarise

Matt developed a love of carpentry and construction at a young age while working alongside his grandfather. With Myers Floors & Interiors since 2017, he is involved in all aspects of installation, from setting tile to laying hardwood, jumping in wherever needed to take a project to completion. Weekends will often find Matt fishing or enjoying his new hobby of metal detecting.

Cameron Sites

Cameron grew up in the Littlestown area and came to Myers Floors & Interiors last year. He’s assisted on carpet, vinyl, wood and all types of tile projects. He recently attended a Wedi certification class on waterproofing and installation techniques for custom showers. Cam loves all things outdoors and can often be found fishing and hunting when not in the gym lifting weights.
